Poblano peppers (also called Ancho chiles) are mild and often roasted. The classic chile relleno is stuffed with cheese, coated in egg and fried. Often people will use green bell peppers as a substitute for poblanos, but we know the difference! 


We grow habaneros and other super hots to make hot sauce. Otherwise, these peppers are not for sale.
